In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and lucky365. By completing the account registration process on the Platform, clicking any confirmation checkbox referencing these Terms, or by accessing any service on the Platform after these Terms are published, the Player is deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.

2.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the lucky365 Platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
4.3 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal from an Account may be processed. lucky365 may request any combination of the following documents:
4.4 lucky365 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Transactions and account activity are monitored for suspicious patterns, and the Company reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law.
5.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. lucky365 will never request a Player's password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
5.2 Players must notify lucky365 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account. lucky365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard their credentials.
5.3 Accounts are intended for the exclusive use of the registered account holder. Sharing login credentials with third parties, including family members, is prohibited.
6.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by lucky365 at the time of deposit. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via participating Malaysian financial institutions), and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Account cashier and are subject to change.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. lucky365 targets the following processing timeframes for verified accounts:
6.3 Lucky365 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. Third-party fees imposed by payment processors are outside lucky365's control and may apply independently.
6.4 Lucky365 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements prior to processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or exhibit patterns consistent with abuse of the Platform.
6.5 Winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable only upon satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement within the stated validity period.
7.1 Promotional offers made available on the lucky365 Platform are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms:
7.3 Lucky365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the terms of offers already accepted and in progress by Players in good standing.
7.4 Lucky365 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or cancel promotional winnings if there is reasonable suspicion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of arbitrage strategies, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.
8.1 All wagers placed on the lucky365 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of bet selections, stake amounts, and any applicable odds or game parameters before confirming any wager.
8.2 In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction that affects a wager, lucky365 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. This applies equally to real-money wagers and to wagers placed using Bonus Funds.
8.3 Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook market.
8.4 Suspiciously timed wagers, wagers that exploit latency in live dealer streams, or wagers placed using information not available to the general player pool may be voided at lucky365's discretion.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lucky365 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
10.1 Lucky365 aims to provide continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability.
10.2 Lucky365 will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance via the Platform where feasible. No compensation is payable for periods of unavailability that are outside lucky365's reasonable control.
11.1 All content on the lucky365 Platform — including but not limited to the lucky365 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the property of lucky365 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other use is permitted without the prior written consent of lucky365.
12.1 Lucky365 is committed to providing responsible gaming tools to all Players. The following tools are available via Account settings on a self-service basis:
12.2 Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. Players seeking self-exclusion should contact lucky365 support via live chat in addition to using the in-account self-service tool.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucky365 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
13.2 Lucky365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the actual real-money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arose; or (b) the total net deposits made by the Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lucky365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 Any dispute between a Player and lucky365 should be raised in the first instance via the lucky365 live chat support function. Lucky365 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and target resolution within 10 business days.
14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by lucky365's licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request from lucky365 support.
14.3 Lucky365's decision on any matter relating to the outcome of a game, the application of these Terms, or the operation of the Platform is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in this section.
15.1 Lucky365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 4.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lucky365 is licensed to operate. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
16.2 Players access and use the lucky365 Platform from their own jurisdiction and are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Lucky365 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the jurisdictions in which it is licensed.
